Bring the Kids to the 3rd Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Bellingrath Gardens and Home

Theodore, AL – Grab the kids and their favorite Easter basket and come out to the 3rd Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Bellingrath Gardens & Home.  On Saturday, March 15 thousands of Easter eggs will be hidden throughout the Great Lawn for children to discover.  There will be three separate egg hunts and registration begins at 9:00 AM. 

Age 2 and under will have a special area for opened for hunting eggs from 9:00 – 10:30 AM.
Age 3 – 5 will have their Easter Egg Hunt from 10:00 – 10:15 AM.
Age 6 – 10 will have their Easter Egg Hunt from 10:15 – 10:30 AM.

In addition to the hunt, a professional photographer will be available to take children’s Easter portraits with the Easter Bunny.  The education students from the University of South Alabama will be coordinating fun activities for the kids on the South Terrace from 9:00 until noon and snacks will also be available on Live Oak Plaza!

The grand finale for the day will be the Bunny Hop Extravaganza.  Visitors of all ages are invited to hop along as we try to form the world’s longest bunny hop line from 11:00 – 11:30 AM.  The record is 1,900.
