Bellingrath Gardens and Home's fabulous Mums will be on display throughout the Gardens...just beginning to show their color.  Bring your family and enjoy the activites planned to celebration mums.

Friday, November 6

Ikebana Arrangement Demonstration - 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Watch the Mobile Chapter of Ikebana International create arrangements for the display at Bellingrath.

Saturday, November 7

Celebrate Mums with an Asian Flair! - 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The Festival will feature an Ikebana Display, a Bonsai Display and demonstration, a Sumi-e Display and demonstration.  Guests will learn to make origami creates and help create a chain of 1,000 cranes.  There will also be an authentic Japanese Tea Ceremony.   

Fall Kid's Kruise - 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 

Our annual Fall Kid's Kruise will once again feature a special tour with Casi Callaway of Mobile Baykeeper as our guide.  Bring the kids, order your bag lunch and enjoy the fun filled kruise along Fowl River.  Kruise will depart at 12:00 p.m.  Reservations are required.  Call 251.973.2217.

Special Kid's Kruise Admission:  Members Price $16 for adults, $11 for kids 5 -12; $6 for kids 4 and under.  Non-member Price: $27 adults, $17.50 for kids 5 - 12 and $6 for kids 4 and under.  There are additional charges to tour the Bellingrath Museum Home.
