Mobile Rose Society Pruning Party

The Mobile Rose Society visits the 2004 Most Outstanding Public Rose Garden in the United States during the second weekend of February for its annual Rose Pruning Party.  Spectators are able to oversee Mobile Rose Society members and take notes as they prune over 2,000 roses in over 75 varieties in the Bellingrath Rose Garden.  Open to the public, the Rose Society also offers advice on how to produce beautiful rose blooms.
