MCIL Party Tent Rental
The Party Tent at Bellingrath Gardens and Home is the perfect location for corporate gatherings, holiday functions and social occasions! Located within the Gardens, the Party Tent offers guests a unique experience through over 3 million lights in Magic Christmas in Lights and provides memorable special occasions. The Party Tent is available for rental from the Friday after Thanksgiving through New Year's Eve, but unavailable on December 25. Accommodating up to 160, the Party Tent is decorated in holiday decor for your special event. Please note additional tents and space is available for groups of more than 160. v Party Tent Rental Fees
Renting the Party Tent includes the enclosed tent, tables, chairs, lights, heaters and electrical outlets. Please note the rental fee does not include tablecloths. The preferred caterer of Bellingrath Gardens and Home is Naman's Catering (251.473.3900), but other caterers may be used upon approval from Bellingrath Gardens and Home.

With the rental of the Party Tent, Bellingrath Gardens and Home extends its discounted group rate for groups of 20 or more.

Terms of Conditions of Party Tent Rental
- We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost upon booking your party.
- Refunds: Full refund if cancelled 60 or more days prior to your event. 50% refund if cancelled within 31-60 days. Events cancelled 30 or less days prior to your event will forfeit their entire deposit..
- Payment in full is required at least 10 days prior to your event.
- Entrance tickets must be paid in full and picked up prior to your event. You are responsible for distributing tickets to your group. All pre-purchased tickets are non-refundable, unused tickets are valid during the entire period of Magic Christmas in Lights.
- If your group consists of more than 160 persons, please contact Port City Rentals at (251) 471-5484 for all additional tent needs. (You will be responsible for rental of all additional tents, tables and chairs).
- If you have electrical needs, please contact us at least 3 weeks prior to your event.
- We will provide poinsettia center pieces for your tables. You are welcome to provide your own table decorations. You will be responsible for table cloths, napkins, plates, glasses, cups and utensils.
- If you would like to serve alcoholic beverages at your event, you will need to set it up through your caterer. You must provide security outside of your tent during the entire event and a method of assuring age compliance for your attendees.
