Bellingrath Gardens and Home is open year-round from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. 

 

During Magic Christmas in Lights, the day after Thanksgiving through New Year's Eve, the Gardens extend operating hours until 9 p.m. 

 

The Gardens are closed December 25th, Christmas Day.

 

Gardens

  • Daily from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
  • During Magic Christmas in Lights - daily from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m.  

The Bellingrath Home

  • Guided tours begin at 9 a.m. with the last ticket sold at 3:30 p.m. 
  • During Magic Christmas in Lights tours guided tours begin at 9:00 a.m.  The last ticket will be sold at 7:30 p.m.  

The Southern Belle River Cruise

All sightseeing cruises at Bellingrath have been cancelled effective Monday, June 21 through the end of September 2010.  Alabama Cruises, owner and operator of the Southern Belle, has been recruited by BP to help with the recovery effort on Dauphin Island, Alabama by ferrying clean-up crews to and from the west end of the island.
