HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITIES 

Preserving a historical structure such as Bellingrath Gardens and Home requires maintaining its original stature.  Although all pathways throughout the Gardens are handicap accessible,  the Bellingrath Home and Southern Belle River Cruiser are not.  Additionally, strollers are prohibited in the Bellingrath Home and aboard the Southern Belle, but may be left at the entrance to the Home and on the Bellingrath Boat Dock.  Wheelchairs are available for rental in the Entrance Building for $2.00.
