 Balloon Glow in the Gardens

UPDATE 10/30/09 12:00PM - Bellingrath Gardens and Home will host the Annual Balloon Glow in the Gardens as planned although without the scheduled hot air balloons due to predicted rain and wind. So dress up your little ones and head out to Bellingrath where there will be many glowing Halloween figures throughout the Gardens and lots of trick-or-treating. The Magnolia Café will have special Halloween snacks and treats available at the concession stand on Live Oak Plaza
2009 Balloon Glow
Dress up your little goblins and come out to enjoy beautiful hot air balloons glowing on the Great Lawn. Five hot air balloons are scheduled to “glow” for us this year….weather permitting. This year’s event will also include a selection of scary and fun inflatables glowing throughout the Gardens. There will be plenty of treats and trinkets from area organizations and businesses for our trick or treaters to enjoy. The Café will be offering Scary Pizza’s, Witches Fingers and other special snacks on Live Oak Plaza. The event is free for members; special reduced rates will begin at 5:00 p.m.
